Summary
- When starting WinWay Resume, you encountered the message "Program is not properly installed. Please run setup again."
- Running setup again did not resolve the problem
- Your computer is running Kaspersky Internet Security, most likely version 8.0 (2009).

To resolve the problem:
- Select Start, Control Panel, "Uninstall a Program"
- Uninstall WinWay Resume Deluxe
- Locate the Kaspersky icon at the bottom-right of your screen
- Right-click on the Kaspersky icon and choose "Pause Protection"
- Follow the instructions on the screen to pause protection for at least 15 minutes
- Install the WinWay Resume program
- Locate the Kaspersky icon at the bottom right of your screen
- Right-click on the Kaspersky icon and choose "Resume Protection"
