Summary

In some installations, it may be desirable to disable the "Envelopes" feature of WinWay Resume Deluxe. This can be done via a registry setting.

This article specifically applies to WinWay Resume Deluxe 12, when installed with a valid site/network license. 

To disable the envelope feature:

1. Log into the work station as an administrator
2. Verify that the version number is 12.00.034 or greater.  If not, download and install the Free Update.  If installing on many workstations, you may ask for a complete download of the latest build to eliminate the need for updates.
3. For version 14, download and run Wr14_DisableEnvelopes.reg
4. For version 12, download and run Wr12_DisableEnvelopes.reg 

To test:

1. Start WinWay Resume Deluxe 14
2. Select the menu option "File"
3. The "Envelopes" tab will no longer appear

To restore and enable the envelope feature:

1. Log into the work station as an administrator
2. For version 14, download and run Wr14_EnableEnvelopes.reg
3. For version 12, download and run Wr12_EnableEnvelopes.reg
