• Error:  "Video Not Available, Cannot Find 'vids:iv32'"
• Solution: visit http://www.moviecodec.com/download/codecs.shtml
• Download and run "indeo32.exe"

Windows 95, 98, or Me

Most video error-messages can be solved by removing the Windows video sub-system and then installing it again.  Please do the following:

1. Select Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove programs 
2. Select the second tab - Windows Setup
3. Find the item named "multimedia" and UNCHECK it. This will remove all multimedia facilities 
4. Click OK as many times as necessary
5. Reboot the computer 
6. Repeat steps 1 through 3, this time CHECK the item called Multimedia and everything under it
