The installation program for WinWay Resume 6.0 and us 16-bit code. It appears that your computer cannot run 16-bit code.
Option 1 - Upgrade to the latest version
The current version of WinWay Resume Deluxe does not use 16-bit code, and hence you will not experience this problem.
