CAUSE

This error will appear under the following circumstances:

1. You installed WinWay Resume successfully
2. You applied a Free Update for version 9.108 through 9.111
3. You then removed the program from your computer
4. You are now trying to install it again

There was an error in the free update listed above that could cause this problem
