The information in this article applies to:
- All versions of WinWay Resume
Summary
You believe you have saved your resume, but you cannot find it.
More Information
- By default, WinWay Resume Deluxe saves resumes in the "My Documents" folder and assigns them the extension .rsm. For example, "Resume1.rsm"
- The extension for letter files is ".ltr"
- When you ask WinWay Resume Deluxe to open a resume file, it lists all the files in the "My Documents" folder that have extension ".rsm"
- If you do not see your file listed, one or more of the following may be true:
- When you saved the resume, you specified an extension that is different from "rsm"
- When you saved the resume, you saved it to another folder instead of "My Documents"
- To look for your file, exit WinWay Resume, and use Windows Explorer to look for the file. Look at the "My Documents" folder. Also, look at other folders you may have saved the resume to. If you changed the file extension to something other than "RSM", change it back
