1. This program might harm your computer.  SmartScreen filter has little or no information about this program.  Running this program might harm your computer
2. <program name> is not commonly downloaded and could harm your computer

Resolution   

1. WinWay uses extensive measures to ensure the integrity of files distributed from the WinWay web site
2. When a new file is released, this warning message is to be expected since Internet Explorer is not yet familiar with the file
3. If you wish to proceed with the download:
   • Click "More options," if available        
   • Click "Run anyway"
