Summary
While trying to install the product, one of the following error message appears:

- Click on "Start"
- Right click on "Computer"
- Select "Manage"
- Expand "Services and applications"
- Click on "Services"
- Double click on the "Windows Installer" service.
- If "Startup Type" is "Disabled", change it to "Manual".
- If "Service status" is "Stopped", click on "Start".
- Click "OK"
- Double click on the "Windows Modules Installer" service.
