Summary
When playing video content, you are instructed to upgrade your video player. The video player is already upgraded to the version indicated in the message.
Windows 10 Users
- Certain versions of Windows 10 do not include the media player.
- Please follow Microsoft's instructions for adding it.
Windows XP Users
- Select Start, Controls Panel, Add/remove programs
- In the "Add or resume programs" window, left column, click on "Add/remove Windows Components"
- Unchceck the item "Windows Media Player"
- Click "next"
- Upon completion of the changes, reboot the computer
- Repeat steps 1 through 4, this time check the "Windows Media Player" item

Windows Vista Users
- The problem may be caused by an incorrect entry in the registry, which registers "mplayer2.exe" instead of the newer "wmplayer.exe".
