The information in this article applies to:

  • Any WinWay product, installed under Windows 10 or later

Summary

While attempting to install a product, the following messages appears: 
"The app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified App"

Resolution   

  1. Close the message window
  2. Right-click on the "Start" button, typically at the bottom left of your screen
  3. From the "start" menu, select "Settings"
  4. Select "Apps"
  5. In the left column, select "Apps & features"
  6. Locate "Choose where to get apps" and change to "Anywhere"
  7. Start the product installation again
